I'm a firm believer that the fundamentals of product management remain unchanged (you need to solve a real problem for someone who's willing to pay you for the solution), but that AI tools have fundamentally changed how product managers (and developers) work to bring products to market.

I'm an enthusiastic AI-realist. AI is unlocking new, faster, more nimble ways of working in product management and development, but not all of the promises are real (yet).

You can’t afford to ignore the change that AI is driving, but you have to remain open and honest in your assessment of what’s working and what isn’t.
